Bishop O’Dowd High School is an exciting and diverse Catholic school focused on preparing around 1200 talented young men and women for college through an integrated academic, spiritual, and co-curricular program. The professional faculty and staff, together with part-time coaches and moderators, are dedicated to preparing the students to lead extraordinary lives. The school is one of the most desirable and unique high schools in America and is currently engaged in the complete remodeling of all academic facilities. Over 99 percent of Bishop O’Dowd graduates enroll in colleges and universities in California and across the nation. More than 12,000 graduates have been added to the ranks of alumni since the first class graduated in 1955, fulfilling roles of leadership and service in the Bay Area and worldwide.
