Delaware County Community College

Delaware County Community College

Features

Delaware County Community College offers students a high standard of educational opportunities at a low price. With more than 80 courses, the college aims to secure employment for students or transfer to a four-year university degree program. Delaware County Community College has been holding an open attitude in order to provide each student with an opportunity to receive higher education.

More than half of the freshmen in the United States started at community colleges. Small class teaching is a merit of a community college. Two years of community colleges equate to the first two years of any university, where students gain an Associate in Arts / Science degree or a University Transfer Program, and then transfer as a junior year of a four-year university. If students are still not sure about the choice of reading, community colleges will allow students to choose different subjects for the past two years and to complete their first two-year degree programs.
