Peninsula College
Features
Peninsula College is a government-accredited two-year community college with a quiet and homely environment, serving as a stepping stone to many four-year colleges for many local students. Peninsula College offers a variety of different professional and technical courses to complete and award certificates in one or two years, such as radiology and massage therapies and other popular courses to help students gain a skill. In addition, Peninsula College emphasizes humanities and science transfer (university) courses using small class teaching so that professors can identify students as often as possible. In addition, nursing, information technology, business management and environmental science are all popular subjects in disciplines. Most notably, the university has a partnership with Western Washington University, education, business management (accounting or management) and environmental sciences and is awarded a diploma directly from Peninsula College.
